To view the calendar, the user needs to direct their attention to the menu on the far left hand side of the screen, scroll down and select View Calendar.


The first view you will see is the Day View:



From here you can navigate to Month or  Week View or looad at listing of the Days appointments in the Agenda View.

In any of the views you can click on the Day and Time appropriate to adding a new Appointment.
