To distribute an attachment directly from the software, the user must be on the correct Case File and on the Attachment TAB. 



Once on the Attachment TAB, the user would locate the letter they wish to send, go to the actions drop down 

menu, and select "Distribute"  


After so doing you will be able to select the recipients. These will be separated into email and fax recipients,

where you will be able to add manual entries to the recipient list.


Listing all emails of any Interested Parties to this Case - They will not be listed if they do not have an email.




You can then add any of your other attachments that are stored against the CASE.
