To assign an adjuster to an insurance company, the user needs to direct their attention to the menu on the far left hand side of the screen, scroll down and select common databases.
Click on the Insurance company. Select the insurance company.
Click the green pencil icon found in the top right-hand corner
of your screen.
Scroll down to Adjusters at this firm.
Click the blue + icon. Highlight the adjusters name to be added and click the green Select showing the adjusters name.
