When defining any Address to a database you are able to specify additional Contact Methods.
In Edit Mode you will see a section of the screen marked Other Contacts - if you click the blue + button you will see the possibilities:
Add an Email Address:
Saving an additional Contact Method will display that with the assigned label in the "Other Contact Methods" section.
